About Commercial Siding
What you need to know about Commercial Siding
Commercial siding is a different job than residential work — the wall areas are bigger, the schedules are tighter, and the install has to coordinate around other trades, tenants, and the day-to-day operation of the building. EZ Exteriors is built for that. We've re-clad and sided commercial buildings across the full range of types in our market, from shops and warehouses to offices and multi-unit residential.
We install concealed-fastener metal panels, exposed fastener metal, James Hardie fiber cement, LP SmartSide engineered wood, traditional stucco and EIFS, and stone veneer. For metal, we have an advantage most siding contractors don't: in-house panel production through EZ Steel, our metal supplier in Idaho Falls. When a project runs through EZ Steel, panels are cut to length locally — fewer seams, less waste, color-matched trim, and lead times measured in days instead of weeks.
Every system we spec is chosen for how it performs here: freeze-thaw cycling, heavy snow, wind, and high-elevation UV. On commercial walls, the panel is only half the job — the flashing, weather barrier, and transition details behind it are what determine whether the building stays dry for the next 40 years.
